Delivery Policy

Zero Optimize is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods, no shipping fees, and no delivery delays.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

• Upon successful subscription, your account is upgraded immediately (within 60 seconds).
• You will receive a welcome email with your account confirmation and access link.
• You can begin using Pro/Studio features instantly via your dashboard at app.zerooptimize.com (or current domain).

2. Trial Activation

If you sign up for a 14-day free trial, full Pro features are unlocked immediately upon account creation. No payment method or charge required to start.

3. Service Availability

• The Service is delivered via web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest 2 versions).
• Studio & Enterprise tiers carry an SLA of 99.5% and 99.9% uptime respectively.

4. Geographic Availability

The Service is available globally. We do not currently serve users in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive trade sanctions (e.g., OFAC SDN list).

5. PDF Reports

• PDF reports are generated on-demand within your browser.
• Delivery is instant — generated reports download to your device.
• Optional: email a copy to yourself or a colleague directly from the app (Pro+ tiers).

6. Account Setup & Onboarding

• Free, Starter, Pro: self-serve onboarding via email walkthrough.
• Studio: 30-min video onboarding session within 5 business days of subscription.
• Enterprise: dedicated success manager assigned within 24 hours.

7. Failed Delivery / Access Issues

If you don't receive your welcome email or can't access your account within 1 hour of payment:

1. Check your spam/junk folder.
2. Verify your email address matches the one on your payment receipt from Xendit.
3. Email support@zerooptimize.com — we resolve access issues within 4 hours during business days.

8. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical goods, USB drives, manuals, or hardware. All deliverables — software, reports, invoices — are digital.
