Refund Policy

Zero Optimize wants you to be confident about your subscription. We offer a transparent, customer-friendly refund policy.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken — period.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

• Monthly subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee from the first paid charge. Full refund, no questions asked.
• Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee from the first paid charge. Full refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You request within the eligibility window (14 or 30 days).
• This is your first-time subscription to that tier.
• You have not violated our Terms of Service.

Refunds are not typically issued for:

• Renewals beyond the eligibility window.
• Accounts that were closed due to Terms violations.
• Partial-month/year refunds for cancellations after the eligibility window (your access continues until the end of the paid period).

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@zerooptimize.com with your account email and order number.
2. Briefly describe the reason (optional but helpful).
3. We respond within 1 business day.
4. Approved refunds are processed via Xendit within 5–10 business days, returned to the original payment method (cards), e-wallet (TrueMoney, OVO, GCash, etc.), or bank account.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension. We will always work in good faith to resolve disputes.

6. Special Cases

• Service outage >48 hours: we proactively credit your next bill on a prorated basis.
• Duplicate charge: automatic refund within 3 business days.
• Mistaken upgrade: contact us within 48 hours for a full refund.
