1. Accepted Payment Methods
All payments are securely processed by Xendit, Southeast Asia's leading payment gateway (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified · ISO 27001 compliant · licensed by Bank of Thailand, Bank Indonesia, and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas).

2. Subscription & Recurring Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Auto-renewal is clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.
- Recurring charges use the payment method tokenized by Xendit on your first payment. Zero Optimize never stores full card numbers or e-wallet credentials — only an opaque payment token.
- You receive an email receipt within 5 minutes of every successful charge.
- You can update or remove your payment method anytime in your account settings, or by emailing support@zerooptimize.com.
- Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
3. Currency & Pricing Display
Website prices are displayed in USD for global consistency. At checkout, Xendit converts and bills in your local currency where supported, using a transparent live exchange rate (no hidden FX margin).
Direct billing supported in: THB (Thai Baht), IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), PHP (Philippine Peso), MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), VND (Vietnamese Dong), SGD, USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY.
4. Tax (VAT, GST, Sales Tax)
- Zero Optimize Co., Ltd. is registered for Thai VAT and charges VAT 7% on invoices for Thai customers, in compliance with Revenue Department regulations.
- For customers outside Thailand, applicable local tax (VAT, GST, SST, etc.) is calculated at checkout and shown clearly before payment.
- B2B customers in EU/UK can enter a VAT number to apply reverse charge.
- Tax-compliant invoices include our Thai Tax ID and are downloadable from your account dashboard.
5. Failed Payments
- If a renewal payment fails, Xendit automatically retries 3 times over 7 days using smart retry logic.
- You are notified via email after each failed attempt with a 1-click "Update Payment" link.
- If all retries fail, your account moves to "past due" status; service may be limited until payment is updated.
- After 14 days of past-due status, your subscription is suspended. Project data is retained for 60 days for restoration.
6. Invoices & Receipts
Tax-compliant invoices (including our Thai VAT registration number) are sent via email after every successful charge and available anytime in your dashboard. Studio & Enterprise customers can request itemized VAT invoices addressed to their company name & tax ID by emailing billing@zerooptimize.com.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact support@zerooptimize.com for any billing concern before initiating a chargeback. We resolve 95% of disputes within 24 hours and almost always refund where appropriate — saving you time and avoiding bank fees. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and a $25 administrative fee per dispute, to cover Xendit's chargeback investigation cost.
8. Security & Compliance
All payment processing complies with the highest industry standards:
- PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest certification level for payment card industry security (Xendit-certified).
- ISO 27001 — international standard for information security management.
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit · AES-256 tokenization at rest.
- 3D Secure 2.0 (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) for all card payments where supported.
- Licensed by Bank of Thailand, Bank Indonesia, and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas through Xendit's regional entities.
- Card details are never seen, transmitted, or stored on Zero Optimize servers — they go directly from your browser to Xendit's secure tokenization endpoint.
