Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are securely processed by Xendit (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway) on Xendit's hosted payment page. Zero Optimize Co., Ltd. is the merchant of record.

We accept the following payment methods only:

• Mastercard
• JCB

QR Payment

• PromptPay (Thailand) — scan the QR code with any Thai banking app

2. Subscription Billing & Renewal

• You must be signed in to your Zero Optimize account to buy a plan. Each purchase is a single Xendit Invoice for one billing period — 1 month or 12 months.
• Your plan is activated only after Xendit confirms the payment to our server. The paid period starts on the payment date.
• Subscriptions do not renew or charge automatically. We do not store card details or keep a payment token on file.
• 7 days before your paid period ends, we email you a renewal reminder with a payment link. Paying it creates a new Xendit Invoice (card or PromptPay); when you renew the same plan early, the new period starts at the end of the current one, so no paid days are lost.
• Upgrading to a different plan starts a new period immediately from the payment date.
• If you do not renew, nothing is charged. When the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan.
• You receive an email receipt and a VAT tax invoice after every successful payment.

3. Currency & Pricing

All prices are charged in Thai Baht (THB) only. The amount shown in your order summary is the exact amount you pay on Xendit's payment page. If your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

4. Tax (VAT)

• Zero Optimize Co., Ltd. is registered for Thai VAT. All prices shown are in THB and include VAT 7%; the checkout shows the price before VAT, the VAT amount and the total before you pay.
• A VAT tax invoice showing our company Tax ID (0105553025507) is issued for every successful payment.
• Business customers can add their company name, address and tax ID in account settings so that it appears on the tax invoice.

5. Unpaid or Expired Invoices

• A payment link (invoice) is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, no charge is made and no plan is activated — simply start checkout again.
• If you do not renew before your paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. No late fees are charged.
• Your projects are kept for 60 days after the paid period ends; after that they are archived. Renew within 60 days to keep full access to them.

6. Invoices & Receipts

A payment receipt is emailed after every successful payment, and the VAT tax invoice is available anytime in your account dashboard. For corrections to a tax invoice, email support@zerooptimize.com.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact support@zerooptimize.com for any billing concern before initiating a chargeback. We resolve 95% of disputes within 24 hours and almost always refund where appropriate — saving you time and avoiding bank fees.

8. Security & Compliance

All payment processing complies with the highest industry standards:

• PCI-DSS Level 1 — Xendit holds the highest certification level for payment card industry security.
• TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• 3D Secure 2.0 (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) for all card payments where supported.
• Card details are entered only on Xendit's hosted payment page — they are never seen, transmitted, or stored by Zero Optimize servers.
